Entertain Me Event Planning is headquartered in Oxford, PA and has been in operation since 2004. Their staff has successfully coordinated over 100 events since they opened! They are members of the Society of Wedding Planners as well as the Association of Bridal Consultants and abide by their code of conducts. Entertain Me coordinates all types of occasions including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, bar and bat mitzvahs, fundraisers, and corporate events to name a few! A variety of packages are offered to accommodate all of your needs including local and destination events.
Heidi Kern: As the owner and operator of Entertain Me Event Planning, as well as Lead Coordinator, Heidi takes great pride in bringing to life the event of your dreams! She asserts her BA in Communications and Marketing from UB, along with her certification in wedding planning, to give each event it’s own unique flair to create memories that will last a lifetime!
Nicole Greenplate: Nicole is thrilled to have recently joined the staff at Entertain Me Event Planning. She is happy to use the experience that she gained while working at some of Pittsburgh, PA’s finest country clubs to lend a creative and innovative eye to your special occasion.
Tom Kern: {Coordination Assistant} By trade, Tom is a Master Carpenter and puts his creative skills to use during event coordination! Not only is he Heidi’s assistant at many weddings, he is also her husband of 10 years!
Curt Kleier: {Coordination Assistant} Curt got married about 5 years ago to Stephanie, and was dubbed “Groomzilla” by all who love him! He has an eye for detail that is unmatched and helps with event coordination at many events.
Nick Miller: {Coordination Assistant} Nick is Heidi’s assistant when in the MD and PA area! A student at Penn State by day, his experience in the catering field has made him a huge help at many weddings!
Bronwyn Pipitone: {Coordination Assistant} When not on tour with her husband, Master Magician Devlin, Bronwyn helps out with weddings and other events! Her own wedding was featured on TLC’s A Wedding Story!
