Day of Coordination

You have worked hard planning the big day, now leave it to us to make sure everything goes as plan on the day of with one of our day of coordination package. Day of coordination packages starting at $750.00

The Bronze and Silver day of packages include the following:

• Unlimited emails and phone calls throughout the  planning process
• Advice on etiquette and tradition
• 1 lead coordinator and 1 assistant coordinator
• Full access to our well stocked emergency kits
• We make sure that the ceremony décor is set up as it should be before guests arrive
• We distribute flowers to the wedding party and family
• We line everyone up for the processional and cue the musicians
• We direct the recessional, receiving line, and any portraits taken before or after the ceremony
• We make sure reception décor is set up as it should be before guests arrive
• We make sure the vendors hired have fulfilled their commitments the day of
• Direct load of everything into your car at the end of the night
• Distribute any final payments and/or tips
• We make sure the event is seamless, the formalities go as planned, and that everyone involved knows their roles for the special events of the evening

Bronze

You have worked so hard throughout the planning process and you want to make sure it all comes together in the end, then this is the package for you. We can help and offer advice throughout the planning process as well! This is a must for a stress free wedding day!

Silver

Our most requested package is just what any busy couple needs! Wedding day management plus rehearsal attendance. We keep you on track with our all inclusive planning time line and vendor recommendations throughout your planning process.

• Up to 3 planning meetings
• We will accompany you to your final site walk through and meet with your on-site venue coordinator
• Assistance with day of time
• Distribution of timeline to vendors
• Vendor confirmations the week of
• Up to 10 hours of coordination the day of the wedding

The Budget Couple

Every couple deserves to have a stress free and relaxing wedding day! This package is perfect for the couple on a budget. This is great for DIY’ers who have everything under control, but need someone to set up everything they worked so hard on the day of the wedding!
