The Gold and Platinum planning packages include the following:
- Unlimited emails and phone calls throughout the planning process
- Advice on etiquette and tradition
- Help with creating a timeline for the ceremony and reception
- Distribution of the timeline to vendors
- Vendor confirmations the week of the wedding
- 1 lead coordinator and 1 assistant coordinator
- Full access to our well stocked emergency kits
- We make sure that the ceremony décor is set up as it should be before guests arrive
- We distribute flowers to the wedding party and family
- We line everyone up for the processional and cue the musicians
- We direct the recessional, receiving line, and any portraits taken before or after the ceremony
- We make sure reception décor is set up as it should be before guests arrive
- We make sure the vendors hired have fulfilled their commitments the day of
- Direct load of everything into your car at the end of the night
- Distribute any final payments and/or tips
- We will make sure the event is seamless, the formalities go as planned, and that everyone involved knows their roles for the special events of the evening
Gold
This package is perfect for the busy couple who need some direction and assistance with their planning.

Platinum
Our full service wedding coordination package helps the couple from “I will” to “I do!”. This package is perfect for any size wedding, as well as destination weddings! We are here for you during the entire planning process, and we can also help with recommendations for planning the honeymoon! For the ultimate stress free planning process and wedding day!

- Assistance with rehearsal dinner location selection
- Assistance with search and selection of out of town guest accommodations
- Assistance with assembly of invitations, favors, etc.

- Assistance with invitation and stationery selection
- Attendance at final vendor meetings
- Attendance at the rehearsal
- Assistance with assembly and delivery of out of town letters and/or bag (excludes the cost of bags & googies)
- We check in with you the morning of to make sure preparations are going as planned
- Up to 10 planing meetings
- 2 complimentary fully stocked “necessity” baskets

- Unlimited time the day of the wedding
The Little White Book
This package is unlike any other! It’s an affordable way to plan your wedding! We will help you plan every last detail of your event! You will get a questionnaire to fill out and return. Once returned, we will prepare a budget that fits your needs as well as provide you with a comprehensive list of vendors IN YOUR PRICE RANGE! We will do a customized time line for you as well as a custom décor board for you to bring when meeting with your vendors.
This package includes:
- Includes 1 personal meeting at our place
- Unlimited e-mails to our event specialist
- Custom budget worksheet
- Custom wedding day time line
- Vendor recommendations and advice
- Wedding to do checklist
This is NOT a DOC package. It can be added to any DOC package.
